紗廠坊

位處於南豐紗廠的中心，紗廠坊象徵著南豐紗廠經歷的重生。大型玻璃天窗的設計把昔日的舊廠房化為歡迎社區大眾的聚集地。
紗廠坊由南豐紗廠的藝術支柱六廠紡織文化藝術館（CHAT六廠）持有，而CHAT六廠則由註冊慈善團體六廠基金會營運。

紗廠坊場地面積：總實用面積3,573平方呎，可容納400人

1/F 活動場地

位於一樓，可作活動或展覽用途。

南豐作坊

南豐作坊是創新和創意基地，為紡織科技（Techstyle）和農業食品科技（Agrifood Tech）社群提供聚首會面的場地。

中庭是整個南豐作坊的核心，透過偌大天窗可遠眺紗廠公園外的山巒風景。設備齊全的中庭適合舉辦會議、研討會和大型聯誼活動，更能與多功能流動工作空間合併成大型派對場地。
