導師

王逸君博士 – 叻茶創辦人及香港註冊中醫師

王逸君博士畢業於北京中醫藥大學,並在香港大學獲得中醫哲學博士學位。王博士曾參與國家中醫抑鬱治療研究項目,並在國際著名的 SCI 期刊上發表了多篇研究論文。她專注於神經和精神疾病的治療,包括抑鬱症和失智症。王博士受到腦腸軸的研究啟發,創立了「叻茶」,一種配合現代生活方式而調製的益生菌發酵中藥茶飲。叻茶結合了傳統中醫智慧與現代益生菌發酵技術,讓人們在調理身體時不再皺眉捱苦。
