The Mills is a major heritage conservation project located in the Tsuen Wan industrial district of Hong Kong. Scheduled for completion in 2018, the former Nan Fung Textile Mill will be transformed into a destination landmark consisting of a startup incubator, cultural exhibition space and experimental retail hub. A special pre-construction tour will be held on the 7th and 8^thJanuary 2016 to offer an in-depth view of the site at the initial stage of reconstruction, allowing participants to gain an understanding of the vision and development plans of the project.
