The Mills Spring Rewards (“Promotion”) Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion runs from 29 March to 27 April 2025, both dates inclusive (“Activity Period“). The redemption of e-vouchers and parking offers (each a “Reward” and collectively, “Rewards”) must be conducted within the designated time frame during the Activity Period.
2. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions ) and other applicable terms and conditions.

4. Redemption of e-vouchers
   1. NF Touch members who visit The Mills during the Activity Period can apply for the redemption of two HK$50 The Mills Shopping e-vouchers (“E-Vouchers”) at the Redemption Location between 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
   2. NF Touch Members are required to present original proof of their membership in person at the Redemption Location and complete the relevant redemption procedures.  Photocopies and screenshots will not be accepted.
   3. One E-Voucher can be used upon making a single transaction of HK$100 or above at designated participating retail merchants, and two E-Vouchers can be used upon making a single transaction of HK$200 or above. Please refer to the “List of Participating Merchants” on the E-Voucher for further details.
   4. Each transaction allows for the use of up to two E-Vouchers.
   5. After successful redemption, the E-Vouchers will be automatically added to the NF Touch member’s wallet in the NF Touch mobile application.
   6. The expiry date of all E-Vouchers is 27 May, 2025, and will not be usable or re-issued upon expiry.
   7. The E-Vouchers are subject to the additional terms and conditions as stated on the E-Vouchers.
   8. Each NF Touch Member is entitled to apply for the E-Vouchers once only during the Activity Period. E-Vouchers are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
5. Redemption of Parking Offers
   1. Every Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) during the Activity Period between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm (according to the time stated on the machine-printed receipt), customers who make a single net purchase of HK$100 or more at any retail merchant in The Mills using an electronic payment method are eligible for redeeming one-hour free parking (“Parking Offer”).
   2. Each person is allowed to redeem the Parking Offer once per day only.
   3. To apply for the Parking Offer, customers are required to present their eligible machine-printed sales receipt issued by designated merchant(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip at the Redemption Location in person on the date of the eligible transaction (according to the date stated on the machine-printed receipt) between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm and complete the relevant redemption procedures.
   4. For calculating the amount of spending, each receipt must record a transaction of HK$100 or more net, and only the final amount shown on the electronic payment slip after deductions of any discounts or vouchers will be taken into account. Each receipt can be used once only, and the amount shown on the receipt cannot be split.
   5. Original receipts must be presented. Damaged, duplicated or re-printed receipts will not be accepted.

6. The Mills Operation Limited (“The Mills”) shall have the absolute discretion to determine whether or not a customer, a transaction or the relevant spending is eligible for the Reward.
7. All Rewards cannot be recollected, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or other services or products for any reason.
8. This Promotion may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., The Mills shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any such delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
9. The designated participating merchant(s) are responsible for the products, food and/or services purchased with the E-Vouchers. The Mills gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to the products, food and/or services provided by the designated participating merchant(s) and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof. Customers hereby expressly acknowledge that any purchase of product, food and/or service is a transaction between the customer and the relevant participating merchant and that there is no contractual relationship between The Mills and the customer in respect of the products, food and/or services. Any enquiries, suggestions, complaints or disputes relating to the products, food and/or services provided by the merchants should be directed to the relevant merchant.
10. The Mills reserves the right to request customers to present their identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of their eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes. All documents and information provided may be scanned or photocopied for internal record. A customer may refuse to provide the requisite information, but The Mills shall be entitled to refuse carrying out redemption procedures for the customer in that case.
11. Customers must thoroughly read and accept the Privacy Policy (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information ) and Personal Information Collection Statement (https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-conditions#personal_information) of The Mills.
12. All images are for reference only.
13. The Mills reserves the right to modify the structure and content of this Promotion, including the Activity Period, redemption method and these terms and conditions, or to suspend or cancel this Promotion, at any time without prior notice. The Mills will not be responsible or liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content of this Promotion, including any alteration and/or update of these terms and conditions.
14. By applying for a Reward, the customer hereby confirms his/her acceptance of all terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) of this Promotion and the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement of The Mills.
15. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Mills shall be final.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
17. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
