With the summer heat in full swing, it’s the perfect time to gather friends and come on over to The Mills for the ultimate summer night-out! One of Hong Kong’s most innovative cultural landmarks, The Mills has put together a fun evening event featuring authentic Japanese sake and local handcrafted beers, perfectly paired with treats and the vibrant sounds of some of Hong Kong’s most popular buskers. It is the perfect recipe to sip, savour, and sing the night away!

A Vibrant Summer Celebration at The Mills: Sake, Beer
To ensure the success of your big night out, The Mills has teamed up with Wine Discovery and the local craft beer brand – Hong Kong Whistle to provide a huge array of Japanese sake, shochu, and local handcrafted beers.

Wine Discovery
– Explore the World of Wine!
The company offers wine and services to wine lovers with competitive pricing for daily drinks, celebrations, weddings, private parties and corporate functions. Their mission is to select great wines for those who enjoy them and share the knowledge and taste of wine so more people can explore and enjoy the rich and rewarding world of wine.
The boutique brewery – Hong Kong Whistle was founded in 2016 and focuses on the production of luxurious yet affordable, handcrafted, and small-batch brews. Their products have a fascinating connection with the contemporary culture and collective memory of Hong Kong.
The Chinese name 【CEOI3 BE1 BE1】is derived from a Cantonese dialect, and one of the meanings could be “BOTTOMING UP A REFRESHING BEER”. This is a lost-in-translation concept that can only be fully understood through personal experience, much like craft beer.

As a supporter of local music, The Mills has invited 20 talented young buskers to deliver a fabulous evening of favourite hits and original songs. So don’t miss the chance to join in the fun and celebrate summer at The Mills.
