 Week 1: 9 March 2024

Myofascia Release

This week we will focus on using myofascia release technique that aims to release tension and tightness in the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and organs in the body. This deep tissue release method will help promote overall well-being, reduce pain and improve flexibility. People with all fitness levels are welcome!

Week 2: 16 March 2024
Yoga-lates
This session will combine elements of yoga and Pilates to help start our morning strong! The practice includes a combination of breathing exercises, core strengthening exercises and stretching. It focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance through a series of mindful movements and poses. It suits people of all fitness levels and can be modified to accommodate individual needs and abilities.

Week 3: 23 March 2024
Family Yoga
Family yoga is a wonderful way to bond with loved ones. It can strengthen family relationships, improve communication and create a sense of unity. It helps children develop body awareness, concentration, self-confidence and self-love, while adults benefit from stress relief and improved flexibility. This session suits people with all fitness levels and ages, from toddlers to mature age groups.

Week 4: 30 March 2024
Pet Yoga
Take this great opportunity to bond with your furry friends while also improving your and your pets’ physical and mental well-being. During this session, you can expect to see various poses and stretches modified to accommodate your pets’ presence and participation. You may also use them as a prop or gently stretch and massage them. You won’t want to miss this chance to spend quality time with your beloved furry friend. All types of pets are welcome!
